Use the Internet to research the terms below and create a glossary of the terms and their definitions in a word document. Cite your sources. Save the document in your student folder and get Mrs. Shinn to check it. Then create a glog of terms using http://edu.glogster.com/ . Post your glog to the wiki.
Use Camstudio to explain Boolean Search using the library search portion of our electronic catalog.

Continue to straighten shelves.
Progress Reports 9/15!!!
Pull books for Hispanic Heritage Month and create a display on the top of the reference shelves. (1st & 4th - 10 books, 3rd 30-40 books). Rearrange your displays as Mr. Rios's classes bring in artefacts and decorations. Take a picture of your display with the Kodak EasyShare and upload it to your page in this wiki.
Complete the Dewey assignment using the laptop and answering the survey questions. Then see Mrs. Shinn for assigned areas to shelf read.
Print out and distribute overdue notices for extended homeroom on 9/17.

Complete bulletin boards.
Take the Dewey Tour. Complete Do We Really Know Dewey?
Shelve all materials on book carts.
September 10 - ACS Media Meeting at the PDC.
After you fill out the survey on the opening page, go to the Dewey assignment and take the tour.
